What about giving thanks

Why is it that we go from Halloween to Christmas. Last time I checked there is tremendous holiday in the middle. Hello THANKSGIVING!!! I love Christmas just as much as anyone but I like to give everyone their fair share and so I am taking a stand to not overlook an important celebration. I will not put up my Christmas deco until AFTER the 27th and I will not listen to Holiday tunes until after that day as well. Join me to embrace what the pilgrims and the Indians worked so hard for, the chance that we have to stuff our faces.

Amen!! Since birth I've been trained that it would be SINFUL to jump to Christmas. Day after Thanksgiving? Dive right on in! Any bit earlier, prepare for the wrath of my mother. And now, I've taken over her role. :) I think I'd really like to shoot KOSY 106.5 and FM 100.3 right now.

You are too funny! I roll it all into the same. I start listening to Christmas music the day after Halloween! I don't think it is overlooking Thanksgiving at all. But who doesn't love a holiday all about food? ;)

I totally agree! I was at Wal-Mart the night they were putting Halloween things out. On the other side of the store they were putting Christmas things out! All in the same night! Why is it that Thanksgiving is always over-looked!?!

I agree. I think I might join in a post something on my blog and see if we can change the world one person at a time. By the way I like the blue bird painting the best.
